Hi, I’m Hicham ! Cooking has been a big part of my life since childhood. My love for food started in my family kitchen, where I watched and learned from my grandmother, an amazing cook. She taught me that cooking isn’t just about making meals—it’s about love, creativity, and bringing people together.

Over the years, I turned my passion into a career. I studied in renowned restaurants in Morocco, where I gained a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions. In addition to my hands-on experience, I have earned multiple online certifications, further expanding my expertise. But no matter where I go, I always come back to the simple joy of cooking at home.
My Cooking Philosophy I believe that great food comes from the heart. I always use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and try to cook in a way that’s both delicious and sustainable. Reducing waste, making the most of every ingredient, and keeping flavors bold and authentic are at the core of my cooking style. One of my proudest moments was recreating my grandmother’s famous lamb stew for top chefs—it reminded me why I love what I do: to share, honor traditions, and create new flavors.
