  • 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of fresh tomato
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Bread: If desired, toast the bread slices until lightly golden for added texture.
